Gender Identity: Cis woman, skewing gender neutral
Bai sees herself as a woman because she has the sexual organs of a woman, but it's not at all important to her sense of identity. She would be completely comfortable in the body of a man and not at all mind being misgendered as a man.

Sexual Identity: Heterosexual, skewing asexual
Bai's sex drive is low enough to almost be non-existant, but the few times she has felt sexual attraction, it's been towards men.

Romantic Identity: Aromantic
She's not interested in romance, or being in love, or being that kind of special to anybody. In some ways it's because her brother Hei fulfills the emotional needs that a lover might, but mostly? She wants a community. She wants to be surrounded by lots of people she can care about and who care about her. She starts to get that with her team in South America -- Hei, Amber, and Carmine -- and when Contractors begin developing a group identity. Her need and desire for a community is so strong that she willingly kills herself and thousands of human beings in order to protector the race of Contractors.
